In a world of flickering lights,
Where shadows dance and days turn to nights,
There lives a soul with strength untold,
A warrior brave, epilepsy's hold.
Through the maze of electrical storms,
A battle fought, in silence, it forms.
Seized by waves that crash and collide,
Yet through it all, they still abide.
In moments unexpected, seizures arise,
A disruption of rhythm, a veil on their eyes.
But within the chaos, a spirit so strong,
They rise and persist, where others may long.
A symphony of neurons, misfires untamed,
Yet in their heart, a resilience proclaimed.
With every seizure, they face the unknown,
Embracing the challenge, though fears may have grown.
They navigate a world that's often unsure,
Yet find solace in love, a friendship so pure.
For those who stand beside them, steadfast and true,
Offering support, a love that breaks through.
In the darkness, they find light,
In moments of weakness, they ignite.
They show us the beauty of life's fragile thread,
That even through hardships, hope can spread.
So let us embrace their journey, their fight,
Stand as allies, be a guiding light.
For in their struggle, we learn to empathize,
To see the strength within their weary eyes.
To the ones who face epilepsy's sway,
You are not defined by the seizures that may,
But by the courage that resides within,
A testament to the spirit that's never dimmed.
Let us raise our voices, lend a helping hand,
To create a world where they truly stand,
A world of understanding, compassion, and care,
Where epilepsy's burden, together, we share.
